RenewLife Canada is an award-winning digestive care & cleansing company which specializes in creating natural health and detoxification products, sold in over 30,000 food stores, clinics and retail outlets around the world.
RenewLife wanted to create a companion app for consumers which specifically paired with their line of cleansing products and programs.
The Challenge
The consumer-based app, Renew Your Health, was meant to achieve two major goals: First, to help consumers figure out the best suited product for them, and second, to help them achieve their health goals, by staying on track with their 15 to 30-day cleansing programs.
The challenge was in designing an App that helped users reach their end goal, and also one which proved to be a fun and positive experience for them, through daily social interactions.

Questionnaire Screens
The first step for users to finding their best-suited cleansing product, is to go through the Questionnaire Portion of the App. The goal of the questionnaire is to understand the user's health regime and dietary restrictions, in order to assign the right product and protocol.
Daily Notifications
One of the questions we ask the users is when their daily meal times are. This gives the users the ability to select what time they receive reminders and notifications to take their supplements.
My Profile Screens
The "My Profile" section of the app gives the user the ability to refer to their protocol, view product information, create a social experience, as well as view dietary suggestions which would help them with their cleanse challenge.
The "Timeline" feature of the app, is a progress area which a user can constantly refer to, in order to see their challenge progress by the day.

Cleansing Coach
The "Cleansing Coach" gives users access to contact the Renew Your Health Support Line by phone or e-mail, in case they have concerns about the Cleansing Products.
